Charlotte L. Tucker, Director of Finance and HR, has a strong foundation in the inner workings of Federal Government financial regulations and compliance, combined with experience in corporate, sports franchise, small business, and private individuals’ accounting, auditing, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. 

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, Charlotte started her financial career in the Air Force Audit Agency at Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa, Japan, then served in Texas at Bergstrom AFB in Austin and Kelly AFB in San Antonio. As a civilian Auditor, Charlotte received rapid promotions for her precision and insight to a position offering her interpretive advice to top-ranking Air Force financial management officials.

In the private sector, Charlotte worked as a Finance Manager and Sr. Financial Analyst for a large medical equipment supply company providing the VP of Finance with budgeting, analysis, new business development reporting and strategy, and special projects, including creating a dashboard for Sales and Financial Metrics. Charlotte developed additional skills managing the finances for multiple businesses and individuals at a private accounting firm and shared her knowledge by providing training for in-house staff and her clients. Charlotte then secured a highly-sought position as the Accounting Manager for San Antonio’s own Spurs Sports and Entertainment, where she managed the franchise accounting staff, practices and policies, budget processes, projections, and managed both the company and National Basketball Association (NBA) league audit processes.

Charlotte’s comprehensive financial background has positioned her to aid the success of Tucker-Rose Associates’ strategic financial decisions and ensure Compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) for Federal Government contracts.
